If the client is utilizing our e-mail option for check printing they can receive a check via email after processing the straggler via Net Pay Pro^®. If the client is utilizing our Remote Access System they can enter the system and process the check immediately. All other clients will have the option to have blank payroll checks at their location. By doing this, it will allow the client to write or print a payroll check at their location. We will instruct the client on how to process the paycheck.

Depending on the system your company is utilizing to transmit the payroll information. The Remote Access Program offers immediate access to your payroll information and checks. Net Pay Pro^®, file download or modem submissions for processing by 1:00 the day of processing will be received the following day by 10:30 AM. Fax transmissions have a 24 hour turnaround time from submission to delivery.

Once the client informs us of any deductions or garnishments, we make the appropriate settings on the employee's records, so that the proper amounts are withheld and checks, if necessary, are cut to the appropriate third party.
